What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased through our online store. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that customized items or products treated with wax are not eligible for return.

How do I clean my Kånken backpack?
We recommend hand-washing your Kånken in lukewarm water using a soft brush and mild detergent. Do not put it in the washing machine as this can damage the fabric's integrity and color.
